A time to sow, a time to reap

For more than 20 years, the Preston Ranch has thrived on a strict belief that nature's resources are not automatically renewable and that careful game management and responsible habitat control and improvement is an absolute. Through that mindset, the Preston Ranch has moved to the forefront as a proven producer boasting an impressive volume of trophy whitetail bucks without compromising the animals' wild status or the ranch's fair chase environment.

The Preston program utilizes many facets of precise game management, including aerial surveys, biologist-recommended harvesting, habitat control and improvement, population reduction with systematic culling of inferior deer, supplemental feeding and nutrition, and partial high fencing. The direct benefits of these efforts can be seen in the ranch's large propensity for drop tines, impressive spreads up to 28" and beyond, and extreme mass with six-inch bases.

It is a common occurrence at the ranch to see, on average, three to four trophy bucks scoring at least 140 gross B&C on a daily basis.

A limited number of hunt packages are sold each year on a first-come, first-served basis. This exclusive booking system echoes the Preston philosophy of quality over quantity.
