Opportunities abound at the Preston Ranch for bowhunters wishing to bag a trophy buck. Reasonable expectations include seeing an average of three to four trophy whitetail bucks per day (140 gross and above). In the last seven years alone, our deer hunters have harvested seven deer scoring in excess of 180 B&C gross.

The Preston Ranch boasts a large propensity for drop tines, with impressive spreads up to 28" and beyond. In addition, extreme mass adds to the trophy status of the ranch, with bases measuring in at six inches and above.

All whitetail hunts are guided, providing one-on-one attention for a truly customized, personally-tailored deer hunting experience. At the discretion of our hunters, options include stalking on foot, hunting from comfortable, enclosed, weatherproof blinds, rattling and calling, or a combination of any and all.

A limited number of whitetail hunt packages are sold each year on a first-come, first-served basis. This exclusive booking system, along with a bowhunting-only restriction, protects and preserves the prime whitetail deer population at Preston Ranch while ensuring quality over quantity.
